Assist the Workforce Development team in project managing the implementation of the training plan to ensure timely delivery of courses 
Work closely with all members of the Workforce development team to ensure that training courses run as scheduled and that there is maximum attendance on each course event 
Plan and maintain course calendar and waiting lists to ensure that the demand for courses is communicated to the Workforce Development team 
Use the financial system, to maintain records for budget monitoring purposes, which includes recording commitments, preparing incoming invoices for payment and raising invoices for charging 
Maintain manual training record systems and assist in setting up electronic systems to enable timely and effective retrieval of information to meet audit requirements 
Produce certificates of attendance for courses as required 
Assist in the development and implementation of new Workforce Development systems and procedures 
Ensure that data used in managing and reporting on the performance of service delivery complies with best practice, i.e. that data is accurate, valid, reliable, timely, relevant and complete 
To provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the work of the team and the section
